Pricing, trial, refunds, and cancellation terms

New, eligible Core Plus Beta customers pay $1.00 for a 14-day trial of Core Plus Beta. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews and you are charged $48.50 per month.

The $1.00 trial charge is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

After the 14-day trial, your subscription renews automatically every month at $48.50 until you cancel. Cancelling before a renewal date prevents that and every future renewal charge.

Every $48.50 monthly subscription charge — the first post-trial charge and every later renewal — is fully refundable, subject to the one-approved-claim rolling 12-month limit described below, if we receive your refund request before that charge’s next scheduled monthly renewal. The date we receive your request controls eligibility, even if we process it after that date.

An approved refund cancels your subscription and ends your paid access immediately. This is different from ordinary cancellation without a refund, which keeps your access through the period you already paid for.

This refund guarantee does not cover separately itemized inference, capacity, or other usage-based overage charges; those remain payable and non-refundable. Core Plus Beta does not include add-ons or capacity packs today — if usage-based overage charges are introduced in the future, we will disclose them separately before they apply, and this refund guarantee will not cover them.

This refund guarantee is limited to one approved claim per customer, account, payment method, or household in any rolling 12-month period.

We acknowledge refund requests in writing within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days; your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights, your rights as a cardholder (including chargeback and dispute rights with your card issuer), or any other legal right that cannot be waived by agreement.

Self-service cancellation is not live. Today, the designated written method for cancellation is email to support@lifedesigntechnologies.com.

A written cancellation request sent to support@lifedesigntechnologies.com is acknowledged within 24 hours and processed within 3 business days.

Core Plus Beta is a digital beta. Features may change, pause, or occasionally need another try as we develop the product. Included experiences are described on the Core Plus Beta page.

Trial activation and the start of any billing period occur only after your payment is verified and confirmed — not at the moment you submit payment details.
