Billing Policy

For Life Design OS Beta paid tiers, you pay $1 for 14 days. After that, your membership continues at 50% of the public list price for the tier and cadence you selected (for example, $48.50 per month for Core Plus on a monthly cadence) until the Beta benefit window ends, then at the full list price for that cadence until you cancel.

Free membership stays free. It does not include a dollar trial and does not require a payment method.

Other offers may exist. The exact offer and checkout you accept control the price and the services that apply to you, and the amounts shown at checkout are the amounts you authorize.

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Every paid tier starts with $1 for 14 days, then 50% of the list price for the billing term you select. After the Beta benefit window ends, billing continues at the full list price for that same term until you cancel.

While Life Design OS Beta is open for your selected tier, you receive 50% of list price after your 14-day trial that starts at $1.

Beta Price Protection is personal. It starts on your enrollment date, including the trial start. When your selected tier is fully released, half-price continues for the rounded-up calendar months from your enrollment to that release, plus 6 more months. Early and late enrollees can have different end dates.

If you prepaid quarterly or annually and that prepaid term still has time left after your personal protection ends, you keep the Beta price through the end of that prepaid term. There is no retroactive true-up. Full list price begins at the first renewal after both protection and the prepaid term end, and continues until you cancel.

After the 14-day trial period, your membership renews automatically at your authorized Beta or list price for the cadence you selected until you cancel. Cancelling before a renewal date prevents that renewal and every later renewal charge.

Your membership begins, and any billing period starts, only after your payment is verified and confirmed — not at the moment you submit payment details.

The $1 trial charge is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Every authorized membership charge after the trial — at Beta pricing or full list price — is fully refundable if we receive your refund request before that charge’s next scheduled renewal for the same cadence. The date we receive your request controls eligibility, even if we process it after that date.

This membership-charge refund guarantee is limited to one approved claim per customer, account, payment method, or household in any rolling 12-month period. It applies to monthly, quarterly, and annual membership charges alike.

An approved refund cancels your membership and ends your paid access immediately. That is different from ordinary cancellation without a refund, which keeps your access through the period you already paid for.

Separately itemized usage or capacity charges are excluded from this refund guarantee; they remain payable and non-refundable. If usage or capacity charges apply to your offer, they are disclosed to you before they apply.

We acknowledge refund requests in writing within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days; your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, your rights as a cardholder (including chargeback and dispute rights with your card issuer), or any other legal right that cannot be waived by agreement.

Cancel from your signed-in account: Account → Billing → Cancel subscription → Confirm. Cancelling never takes more than 3 clicks from a signed-in state.

You may also cancel in writing by email to support@lifedesigntechnologies.com. Written cancellation is a parallel method, always available to you, and never a substitute for the signed-in path above.

We acknowledge cancellation requests within 24 hours and process them within 3 business days.

This policy states the pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms for paid Life Design OS memberships, and controls over the general Terms on those subjects. All other use of the service is governed by the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply.
